The room itself was extremely small and stuffy with unnecessary items cluttering the space, making it nearly impossible to unpack. Only having poached eggs at the breakfast station left much to be desired!!!

i had a lovely stay at jal city! the hotel is new and super clean, with a huge room and a fantastic bathroom. it's right next to the station, which made getting around a breeze. breakfast was delicious too! really enjoyed my time there.

My stay at Jal City was fantastic! The spacious Superior Twin Room featured an incredibly comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom with a separate shower and deep bathtub. Proximity to Toyama Station (just a short walk away) made exploring the city a breeze. Plus, daily housekeeping ensured the room was spotless.

The location was convenient for exploring local attractions. I especially enjoyed the large, very comfortable Western type beds which made for restful nights. The bathroom was excellent featuring a wet room and bath, which I found luxurious after long days out. Many guests shared their appreciation for the clean and spacious areas, which I completely agree with, making my stay enjoyable overall.

Though the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.
